Hi I'm Olivia! 

I’m a pediatric registered dietitian specializing in baby-led weaning. I’m also a mama of 2 little eaters and have been through the journey of baby-led weaning twice with two very unique babies. I have taught hundreds of families like yours to feel more confident with introducing first foods with BLW. I created this guide because I wished it had existed when my firstborn started eating solids. I worried so much about choking and whether I was preparing food correctly. Time, experience, boatloads of research, teaching over 20 workshops, and another baby at the table, have made it easier for me and I don't have to frantically search for these answers anymore.
